ABOUT: I needed to reset my mental and spiritual state (something that happens often). So I decided to sit on my steps to journal with the door open to enjoy the outdoors while still being indoors. I was focused on the beauty of nature, the sunshine, the breeze in the trees, and taking deep, full breaths. I started writing a poem and decided they were lyrics. "Pause" was coming into fruition.
"Pause" is my first self-produced song. Singing this song and listening to it reminds me to be grateful for everything that is. It reminds me to focus on the beauty that is always here. I hope it does the same for you.
